Description:
Attention is given to the historical background, genre, theme, and structure of 1 Thessalonians. Using a grammatical-historical hermeneutic, emphasis is placed on tracing the author’s argument and addressing the interpretive and theological issues of the epistle in the analogy of faith. Prerequisites: NT702.
