Welcome to the blog of Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary in Allen Park, Michigan. This is a blog by the faculty of DBTS. Why the name Theologically Driven? We believe it accurately describes one of the important principles that distinguishes DBTS. Every discipline we teach is not an end unto itself, but contributes to our goal of understanding God and his revelation as a comprehensive unity. Only then can the church correctly and effectively carry out the Great Commission.
