Detroit Baptist Seminary’s East Africa Connection

by | Feb 22, 2017 | Uncategorized

Check out the recent feature post from the Gospel Coalition about the East Africa Baptist School of Theology and its upcoming Proclaim Conference this coming May in Nairobi, Kenya. East Africa Baptist School of Theology is a ministry of Grace Baptist Mission, which is operated by DBTS’s parent church, Inter-City Baptist. Three of our seminary graduates fill critical positions in this ministry: Dave Huffstutler, Jeremy Pittsley, and Jonathan Moore.

We are very excited to see our seminary graduates making a significant impact by facilitating quality ministerial education in East Africa, where we have seen integral involvement of our alumni not only at EABST, but also at Central Africa Baptist College and Seminary in Kitwe, Zambia. DBTS graduates teaching at CABC include Kevin Sherman and Hector Garcia.
