Holy Land Photos

I have been using photos of biblical locations in my teaching for a number of years and am often asked where does one find appropriate images. One helpful place is Holy Land Photos, the site of Dr. Carl Rasmussen, who is Professor of Biblical Studies at Bethel College (MN). The site continues to grow, but presently there are 3,465 images, and best of all, they are free. They include the countries of Israel, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Cyprus, and Syria. The images come in various sizes, including PowerPoint-ready ones. Check it out at www.holylandphotos.org.
